De Bruyne set for new City contract

Manchester City playmaker Kevin De Bruyne looks set for a new contract at the Etihad, following a run of brilliant performances for Pep Guardiola's men.

Despite still having four years on his current contract which is believed to be worth £115,000 per week, Reports claim that the City siders are keen to reward their star man with a new deal and a pay rise.

The 26-year-old has been in a great form for the citizens so far this season, raking up four assists in the current campaign.

De Bruyne has been a regular in city's squad since joining from Wolfsburg for around £52m in 2015, managing 23 goals and 37 assists in 90 outings in two years.
